If it's 5g of carbs per cookie. Does that mean I can only have like 3? 🙁

This sounds really good. However… I just started to use sunflowerseed flour instead of the very expensive almond variety. Not being an expert, but sunflower is actually a seed, not a nut. So maybe someone with a nut allergy could use the sunflower seedflour.
I will try these with sunflowerseed flour. Just buy the seeds and grind them in a coffee grinder. The downside is… the flour turns green in the oven… so maybe St. Patricks day-cookies?

I am new at keto so I am still craving carbs and looking for a keto substitute. I am, unfortunately, allergic to beef. I was wondering if you knew if regular gelatin would work for this recipe?

Hi 👋 is there a difference between erythritol and powdered stevia? I already have the stevia and if I don’t have to buy the other that would be great. Love your recipes!
